Among the characters, Macbeth is the main character of the play. However, there are also other less significant characters who have a large impact on the plot of the play as well. Also among these characters, are the Three Weird Sisters and Lady Macbeth. The Three Weird Sisters (the Witches) are first introduced to the audience in the opening scene of the play.
